How your rental total works
Select consecutive hourly boxes in the live calendar. The website calculates each selected hour automatically before checkout.
Select at least 2 weekday hours ending by 5 PM and the non-peak portion becomes RM30 per hour.

How much is a walk-in dance class?
A walk-in class is RM45 per person, per class. If you attend regularly, choose 4 class credits for RM120 (RM30 per class) or 12 class credits for RM300 (RM25 per class). Walk-in attendance is subject to class availability; check with the Freedom team before arriving. Online class booking uses approved class credits.
How does rental pricing work?
One weekday non-peak hour is RM50. When the same continuous session contains at least two weekday non-peak hours and those hours finish by 5 PM, that non-peak portion is RM30 per hour: 2 hours RM60, 3 hours RM90 and 4 hours RM120. Weekday hours from 5 PM and all weekend hours are RM50 per hour. For a mixed session, the website combines the rates automatically—for example, weekday 3–6 PM is two non-peak hours at RM30 plus one peak hour at RM50, totalling RM110.
Can I use Bundle 5 or Bundle 10 during peak hours?
Yes. Approved Bundle 5 and Bundle 10 hours can be used for any available non-peak, peak, overnight or weekend time. One selected hourly box uses one rental hour, regardless of its rate colour. Buy the bundle in your account, upload your receipt and wait for payment approval; then select “Rental hours” in the same live calendar. Buying a bundle does not reserve a date, and the full session must finish before your package expires.
Can I reschedule a rental?
One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will use the booked hours.
When do I receive the door access code?
The access code stays locked until the Freedom team confirms payment. Never share a studio code publicly.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Book at least 4 hours before your rental starts. This gives us time to verify your payment and arrange secure studio access. You can book up to 6 months ahead, subject to live availability.
How does smart-lock access work?
Once your payment is approved, Freedom sends access instructions to your booking email. We normally send them about 2 hours before your session; if approval happens later, we send them as soon as possible. Access is valid only for your booked time. Do not share the code or link. A reschedule or cancellation cancels the old access details.
What studio rules do renters need to follow?
The booking holder is responsible for their guests, must keep the studio clean, follow all safety instructions, avoid unlawful or hazardous activity, and leave on time. Commercial productions, paid workshops, private events and bookings needing special equipment require prior written approval.
How do I pay for a studio booking?
Your selected hours are held for 30 minutes. Transfer the exact total to our Maybank account or use our receiving QR, then upload your receipt before the timer ends. The hold expires and releases the hours if no receipt is submitted. After upload, the hours stay protected while Freedom verifies payment.
Can I use class credits for any class?
Credit eligibility follows the current timetable. Ask the studio team before purchasing if you are booking a special workshop.
